how about just fix this map, it hasn't worked for like 2 years and was the best desert map here

It took a while to finally find all the assets and get this save game to load. Was worth it. Beautiful!!

why is my map green?

whenever I try starting a new game using this map, it'll load to about 75% and stop, occasionally it will move ahead a little then move back to 75%

This map still works and is still good in 2021. This is how to fix it:

1. unsubscribe everything. EVERYTHING! ALL MODS AND ASSETS. Restart the game,

2. subscribe to everything in the collection:

note, you need to use NExT2 not original.
Subscribe RON network replacer:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2405917899
restart the game.

3. Start the game, make sure Network Ext 2 is enabled. NOT Network Ext 1. Load the map in Map Editor or as a new game.

4. Use RON to entirely replace the two NE roads in the map with vanilla roads. Save the map/game. Unsubscribe NE. Restart the game.

5. You no longer need NE. Enable all your desired mods and assets. Load your new saved map/savegame. it should be ok now.

6. Enjoy.

Outside road connections do not work anymore. Also innercity trains fail to stop in town, thus leaving population at zero forever. This needs a SERIOUS update!

This map sucks. But in a good way. Like your going to the beach and building a sand castle but in the end you stomp on it and leave.

Map works fine but the foliage looks like it's evenly spaced out throughout the map. Looks pretty ugly.

You don't have to download all the trees and bushes if you don't want too. Map works just fine without. Just depends what you're goal is. I'm using this flat desert map for a Dystopian build. Trees are irrelevant.

You could probably fix alot of these issues with the map by putting all these addons into a single pack, with , of course, the blessing of the creators.

dude, all those required items, should have a way to get them all in batches or something, sheesh XD

The addons are literally killing my computer, it takes 20 minutes just to load up a new game in cities skylines

For anyone having trouble with this map. It might be caused by the "Networks Extension Project" mod in the required list for this map. Unsubscribe from that and subscribe to "Network Extensions 2" and it should work.

Completely broken, I can only build roads and time doesn't work.

Was able to make it work with the network extensions 2 mod instead luckily after a few attempts.

Unable to zone with new DLC patch.. any chance of an update that doesnt rely on the out-dated version of network extensions
