great mod mate just tried it out next to the shrine of talos in whiterun, shortly after id used it a guard and a large number of the npc's came up to me repeadely asking if i knew anything about this. after them asking it 3 times i wait and they stoped bothering me.

I recommend using this spell in the Dawnstar/Winterhold region. There's nothing quite so majestic as a pod of horkers flying through the air at high speed.

Sadly it does not work on dragons. Dragons have a lot of hard-coded behavior. I tried and tried to rig something that would work, but they just don't act like the other critters in Skyrim, especially in flight. I did eventually get a version that works with Mammoths, though, so I'll probably update this eventually.
