Are the vents just cosmetic or do they serve a purpose?

Thanks :) I did notice the small connector on the front of you ship and wanted to know if you had an update for it as the mod I have causes the game to crash when ever I try to add one to a ship. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers mate.

These look pretty cool , as I do most of my flying in atmo I've always got my eyes open for new and improved thrusters. I onle play single player atm, so I am hoping you will give me the ok to use these and see what I can come up with. I look forward to your response. Great work mate.

I put the tag there in the first place because I don't intend on updating if it breaks because of a patch or something, but the Obsolete tag was wrong for that reason, since it works just fine so I removed it : )

@Tumble - Things to update/add:

1) Make flame twice as long
2) Make flame orange-ish (eg: https://goo.gl/mDmVTg )
3) Add jet-turbine noise

A vote here from a newbie getting into modded content. Looking for something to add to the game now to spice it up but not feel like I'm cheating from the reviews so far.

Hi, I like the design to. But, a balanced Version would be nice ;-)

I really like the design. But to be honest, they really do feel much too overpowered compared to the vanilla Atmos. They cost less and have more power. I was quite shocked when I replaces my vanilla thrusters on my build with these and was almost instantly on 100m/s.

Can you make an alternative version wich is more balanced? It kind of feels like cheating using these.

Any chance we can get these for large ships? All of the dusty thrusters are so damn cool.

Please consider adding connector slots in those areas you saved for expanding; I already use your other Dusty thruster and SEModder4's Ramjets and really love having an oxygen based system with all of the tubing required. Some jets that I could also pump oxygen into via connectors would be the icing on the cake! Thanks : )

Well I took it on myself to make a ship with the Dusty Thrusters. It's a work in progress but getting there
