I love that all the stuff from this set creates an actual lore. I've though of makeing holo signs to attach to some of the riverveiw mall blanks. Spectra electronics in your ghetto strip mall lol

RICO is a mod that makes unique buildings or parks functional. R - Residential, I - Industry, C - Commercial, o - Office :D

Is there any chance that you can make futuristic lighting props, based on what you've done with this building?

I'm hoping to give some buildings a futuristic look at night, but there aren't any props out there that will do the job.

upgraded to windows 10 and suddenly your building is back, not sure what is going on here but its nice to have it back in my cities. keep up the great work.

Hey there, @ MadCat3D: i haven't updated or changed anything for the building to just banish or break :P.

@ElyPante @MadCat3D :The Building should be at the uniquen buildings in the LEVEL 6 "VI" Section. Let me know what you find.

I seem to have lost your building, I had it in my city then one day it dissapered, I have un subscribed and subscribed to it many times. however it is not showing up in my city, I love your buildings and realy want the Spectra HQ in my cities, any help you can give would be great.

oh im glad you found it, btw im having the same kinda of bug for some reason, it shows as already built :S but still you can select it and build it. And yes it is pretty at night :)

I found out. It was showing as an icon like a building you can't build. Like the ones that have requirements. It's very pretty at night
