Okay, thanks. Also, will it have the same effect if you put a player's potential at 190 instead of -10?

@Bedrock the Doombringer Potential is based on -1 to -10, this equals 110-190+ it also takes into account ambition & determination. Not forgetting the clubs facilities and coaches/coaching. if all of these are great then they have the best chance of reaching full potential

Just a question, how does the potential system work? If you want him to become world class wouldn't you put his potential as 180-200? Instead of -8?

I think you should decrease his CA. Somewhere along 55-60 is more likely for a 14 year old.
His PA could easily be -9, though.

85 ability is a lot for a 14 year old, I'm not doubting his ability but most regens at 15/16 that become world class have same ability. Decrease that a bit and you've hit the mark. Nice job.
