So I deleted my previous comments so I can start fresh. I keep having a crime problem with the Athena Tower, and sadly this now occurs with another one of your buildings, the Avalon Hotel. It seems to be...random? Sometimes they work fine and other times they just decay into lawlessness superfast. They are incredibly beautiful designs, but getting a "crime rate too high" warning every two minutes ruins it for me. But no one else has commented on having this problem, so I don't know. Weird.

Okay, last addition, it seems like this crime problem occurs if the building is placed on a curved road. I placed it on a straight road and the problem didn't happen again.

You should provide versions of your most popular buildings with proper LOD models. Some people don't have the PC to handle these buildings.
