I really like the look of this house, but sadly it needs a bit more than the AD update, it also needs a LOD. Any plans on updating it ?

@davetasker18 It's a "growable". It will automatically appear on low density residential areas like any other house.

It'd probably look a little nicer if the light grey were more white, but that's just my opinion, it definitely is a nice model.

To update it, first subscribe to it urself. Then the update button will show up ingame.

If by color variation you mean some slightly different shades of gray, yes it has, nothing too crazy to be fair. And yes, the white walls look a bit weird when light hits it from that angle. It's not the texture itself, it's its normal map which is a bit too intense. I will try to fix it tomorrow.

Also, by any chance do you know how to "update" something on the workshop? I mean, if I fix it how can I do to update this one instead of having to upload it again. Thanks

I like it. Maybe tweak the wall texture a bit though. Looks a little weird. Does it have color variation?
