@Setari, yes. All times for actions/events (ie. school, prego, mining, etc.) are the same. This mod only effects aging. So far I actually really like it. I haven't had any issues with game mechanics like to many of one age group or people dying of faster than they age.

...That said, if you absolutely need workers (and can't wait) you can just close the school to throw all of the students into the workforce. They won't be improved, as if they finished school, but you'll have workers. You also don't have to leave the school closed, just close it for a few seconds.

@Setari ... Looks like it. The age they enter/leave school is determined by the character's actual age, not by how long they've been at the school. Thus, if you were running at 2x speed, building and collecting would still be at 2x, but the time a citizen spends in the child/teenager/school phases would probably seem like 1x.

Can you make "softcore" mode to make game more like settlers? People would die only from old age, and if food is low they won't reproduce but not die. :trueheart:

So far so good. Population is moving right along at about 1/2 the aging rate with no adverse effects. Let me know if you notice any negative impact.
