Update again: It appears that the Estate is connected to the Iron Throne somehow. I was independent first but during the game swore fealty to an Iron Throne who had the Stormlands, the Crownlands and the Vale under his control. When i did that, my Estate, which i founded in the beginning and vanished immediately after, reappered. After i became independent from the Iron Throne again, the Estate vanished again aswell.

Prior to that i was a vassal to an Empire-tier Riverlands, and the Estate vanished, so it has to do something with the Iron Throne in particular.

Update: Appearently it's not the Game ruler per se but something else when the Iron Throne is not intact. Had a game starting normal but the Iron Throne scattered into the individual Kingdoms and the same issue appeared.

There is an issue with the mod and the "Shattered World" game rule. When this rule is active, the domicile vanishes after a few days.
