Solid, great map. Better than pretty much any other custom one.

My only real gripe is in regard to badtides. The water sources are sprinkled in multiple places in the map, making it difficult to coral all of them without destroying some. The central lake is also mostly stagnant and takes a loooooooong time to drain. This becomes a problem after badtides as it can take days before the water is safe to enter. With badtides set to a max of one day it can take a good 3 or 4 days before the water near the waterfalls fall below 10%.

I've played on normal for a pile of hours getting to midgame now. solid A rank 9.5/10 lovely map, only lost a couple marks for me due to how far away any scrap metal and the 1 mine even further from start, and same for the single badwater source.

This is the best map in Timberborn. It has been the most engaging for me by far. It's not the most challenging for me, but honestly I'm more interested in complexity than difficulty. A+, *****, 10/10. Will play again!

Interesting map, my first community map I try, it's challenging on hard mode since there is a cheeky water source placed downstream (bad tides).

Really enjoyed this map! The one mine forces you to find a way to expand in that direction (using the new transport methods helps!). Had a lot of fun with this one. On top of that, the design and attention to detail in this map is a work of art on it's own.

@Nebulosar: Click the +Subscribe button and it will be automatically downloaded to the correct folder. In game, just say "new Game", switch to "Custom", and find the map by its name in the list.

@Alcator : Yes, bat tides is far. And the only mine of the game is far from the default starting point in the corner on the map. That being said, for bad tiles, you can simply use regular sources of water during the bad tides periods. And for iron, you have a good amount of it before recquiring a mine. Except if you plan to play vertically, which is not recquired for the map.

@zombieking_FTW "Activating the wonder for the first time on a map on any faction unlocks a flexible start for both factions. Further playthroughs on that map will allow picking a different location for the initial District Center."
But i guess you can also change starting location in editor if you want.
