I feel this mod causes a deluge of SP's even when no soldiers are at level 7. Does this have to do with the settings?

I posted a Screenshot today that shows the Settings I made on your Mod, and when you look at Soldiers to train, the Top XP is for the Individual. The Bottom is for ALL Soldiers to use the Skill Points.

Lucas, I owe you an apology on my previous whining. I messed with the settings and one troop maxed out so far, at OVER 23,500 Soldier XP. But, the Transfer of XP to the Bottom XP List for All Troops doesn't get anything from the Individuals. =O That's where I thought the XP would Transfer to, is the SPP set. (Correct me if I got the set wrong)

The config options pretty much explain how it all works... By default every 50XP earned by a lv7 unit is converted to +1SP for that unit. There are a bunch of options that let you toy with the numbers and how/where it's applied.

Well you can configure it to work in several ways from the mod menu. It sounds like you didn't even turn it on

Not at all. It only applies to mission XP.

How does this affect XP from Training Facilities, say a Level 7 soldier sits in a base with Training Facilities?

TY i was really annoyed by this and had to use cheats to make up for it, but now i wont have to.

Regarding modding servers (I presume you mean Discord), I'm in the game's official server and the one for Terror From The Void. Both servers have channels to discuss suggestions, though the latter usually only cares about suggestions that are relevant to the mod. Alternatively, I go by the same username on Discord, so feel free to message me privately via one of those servers.

I do have quite the mod request if you have the time to entertain such thoughts, or is there perhaps a server for phoenix point modding where i can post this idea/request

It works with the Officer Class' bonus XP, so it should work for things like the 2x XP Void Omen.

@Andrentiy checked out. Works with TFTV on common missions. But not sure about revenants XP/SP bonus yet.
