Dead Center does not change as it's a different sound, just checked myself. The only thing I can think is maybe you have another addon for the sounds, like the one by Frawzy? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=694407870 If you subscribe, then move the subscribed addon into the addons folder and unsubscribe or just unsubscribe completely.

try going to your sounds animations folder and check that it is in the animations folder and working, I've been using this sound that I mixed using realistic startup sounds for two to three years and I know it works
