I did re-work the female models for a specific reason that i can't recall, but the new proportions are more-or-less identical to the original.
All the original did was just shrink the male armor to fit the female rig, it didn't do anything else. This is also how i approached it, and probably why you think the male/female proportions are exactly the same. If you actually compared them side by side, you'd see the female armor is a bit smaller/skinnier than the male armor.
The most difference is that the original had a slightly skinnier waist and the chestpiece was a bit higher up the ribcage. The arms are basically the same, and the legs have slightly thicker thighs.
Which i don't really care to do, honestly, the female model looks fine to me. Does it need a skinnier waist or something? Does it need a stonking great pair of tits breast mound on the chestplate? It's a sci-fi body armor, i don't think these things are completely necessary.
Really this was one of my favourite cosmetic kits, but the size was too much for me to justify in my mod list. I was thinking about doing this myself at some point, since I wanted it pretty bad (busy with main mod though). So I'm doubly grateful for this mod, you saved me having to do it myself!
I love using them as a tier 2 armor
@Mac Dog No, i just opened the tactical legacy pack's version of the EW skyranger in the SDK and took that photo in the model viewer to complete the thumbnail, that's it.
And double thanks for this:
Just shrinking the textures alone drops the mod's asset package from 415 MBs down to 88 MBs. When cooked, this lowers to just 26 MBs.
One request, if you are willing, would it be possible to make flipped shoulder pads, so the one with the straps can go on the left, and the one with the (X) can go on the right?
