im also getting the issue with the table lists being black and white. im unsure if there's any fix to this other than manually changing them. sometimes it'll load the colors correctly but if i happen to click on the "no override" preset, then it goes back to the incorrect colors

There's an issue with all skins, including default. Any ltable list, like the one between tools and utilities, is segmented black and white.

Doesn't work. I have UI Skin Manager and Steam 2004 Skin but it's just the default derma skin with black highlights replacing the blue ones in the tools.

WARNING: If you use the 64bit branch for Garry's Mod, DO NOT USE THIS ADDON! This addon unfortunately bricks your spawnmenu upon starting a new game. The cause of this is unknown for now (my guess is that the code for this addon is not compatible with the 64bit branch), but make sure when you install the 64bit branch for Garry's Mod, make sure to disable this addon.

This destroys the game. You cannot play with this. At all.

@Videogames Thanks, I noticed this when I wanted to test something else today, it completely broke my game! 😶 I somehow managed to made a lucky guess about which addon should I disable and it was this one! After that, my game is working again. 🙂
(I didn't used this addon anyway, I just forgot about it and was left active... until today.)

PSA: Running this addon after a recent update to x64 "beta build" completely breaks spawnmenu (dlabel and dcategorycollapse), works fine reverting back to normal branch.

Hopefully it's just a temporary issue & not something that's going to break this addon on the next stable update.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but when I click on one of the skins, it shows that it changes. But then when I press Q, it still stays as the default one. I have the Dark UI, Aardvark's, Blur and Dark and Red UI.

You cannot execute it serverside. VGUI functionality exists only clientside, but from what youve shown it seems like you are missing the vgui/uiskinmgr_panel.lua

After trying to execute the addon serverside wise (By using Include on both sh and cl_uiskinmgr files), it threw me an error:
