yes as long as the item (or items for any of my other mods) itself is not monetised that's no problem

As it says in the description

You use the bottle of K-Seal by pouring it into the radiator which will repair it to worn regardless of its damage level (it can only be used if the radiator isnt ruined and is below worn damage level) then you just need to top it up with water again like normal (assuming you lost any water)
