What you're reporting is not a "bug", obviously. A maximum of 2% of all mods here on the Workshop are made to SUPPORT OTHER MODS - and the vast majority of all mods support vanilla MAJOR factions primarily, and then support goes downhill from there. Obviously because it becomes sometimes very tedious work for the modders, with relatively little reward for users... Most players want to play with a LL as minor factions are usually underpowered - one reason is the lack of an LL, another one the lack of support by mods or a whole handful of features (like faction effects, RoRs....) - 98% of mods are made to work WITH VANILLA.

Bug: minor faction can't use Funeral Director.(IEE), no building to recruit Funeral Director

Just wanted to point out, this doesn't work for the "Nippon Factions", aka, Okumoto, and Sanyo clans, even though they are technically Cathay faction currently. You can still build the building, but you can't recruit the Director.

I really love this mod, a shame it's not compatible with mods who adds more variants to the game. Curious to see CA's take, most likely the Vampire Cathay DLC will add something similar, Cathay needs more wizards. If there was a way to force the variant selector on unplayable factions, that would be great

The Funeral Director is still way too strong with 270 (225 or so around the turn) should be fine

The harmony effect of the building should be modified from factionwide to provincial to make it work, needs an update!

Do you plan to add moonbird mount for this hero? Or moonbird are exclusive only for astromancer in lore?

quick question since I am too stupid to see it here. What kind of hero army support does the Director do? Please tell me its replenishment :)

What's next, Gotrek and Felix replaced with a certain blonde character with a tiny mascot? Or a ship falls from sky and a familiar baseballer appears and offer their services?

No it won't. This mod is for cathay.

I actually still keep the old one too, both are great. Excellent realistic images, by the way.

@Sigmar Its impossible to fix without making the mod dependent on Mixu's unlocker, as far as I know.

The only way to truly fix it is by creating a custom hero category, which needs starpos changes.

Unless of course it’s been fixed now, I’m not sure but I found the mod conflicted!

@Gleen Cross , it’s because you’re using the Cathay Lord mod, that’s what’s conflicting with the mod and I’m unsure if they will fix it. When you remove the mod they will go back to the funeral director model.

Well, I was able to recruit this hero normally, but the AI generated a Astromancer instead: https://i.imgur.com/z2mVhdl.png it's impossible to alter his appearance with the variant selector mod. I am also using this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2888869761&searchtext=cathay+variety , maybe it's a incompatibility with it?

@Kami if that is really a thing, if neither CA or GW has plans to expand these eastern factions... then we all got screwed up when we bought this game, it's dead on arrival
