Oh yeah, about that. I didn't remove Ellendeling. I know, it's a Dutch word, but it also sounds like an Elf.
Though I think I'll change him as well. Not to worry, this mod is entirely save game compatible, so when I change him and update the mod, he will be changed in your ongoing campaigns as well.

Cloaca also has another meaning in English that's... rather poignant, and still deserving of being removed!

Thank you for porting this! As a Mexican I'm always slightly annoyed that most Lizardmen names don't make any sense. Imagine if Karl Franz was called something like Qarrl Frunch - the parody can only go so far before it starts to be annoying haha.
