It does not work anymore, you still have 50/50 chance after defeating. Sad, this was one of my favourite mods.

Found a bug, at least in greed mode, if you start a new run after bombing the devil statue for 100% angel room chance in the previous run, the new run will still have the 100% chance on the first floor

i used this mod and somehow got maw of the void, the wafer, moms knife and holy mantle all in the same run

for me, the angel is just a normal angel, not fallen angel
