Wesker - To open it make a desktop shortcut of .VPK.exe located in SteamLiberary/steamapps/common/bin , Scroll down to the bottom and you should see it, Then drag the vpk file over the VPK.exe shortcut and it will extract it for you.

Wesker - Steam can be tricky on odd things for people, Also try updating to steam beta ? You can revert back anytime, It's overall better, Only other thing would be to re install steam, But move you games folder out if you do, Last thing one does to try resolve anything.

Obbey - Sure i can, There was the original black and white format the japanese did in the demo before final release too if you was interested ? But i will get the censored version uploaded later on for you no problem.
