When I try disguising as a job

Same problem as MENSCHLICH disguise doesn't work for jobs with one model

Does your mod work with Helix? or Only in Dark RP?

Disguise Menu doesnt work if the job contains only one model. Check if the model is a table or a string.

Then just download it from the workshop? You do not need the github version to run the script.

Just to let you know, there's a bug that causes the flashlight to toggle every time the cloak is activated. Not a huge deal but it's there.
Additionally, might I suggest adding a config option that the cloak gets disabled when the player uses other weaponry. This may help for the sake of other servers balancing the cloak more if needed.
