to be fair the mod not setting your health to it at spawn kinda makes this mod not as useful

its not a bug, you probably set health instead of max hp

can ya fix this bug , when u die u respawn with 100 hp again

nvm, theres betterer health and one called on armor on spawn :P

man I had an addon that could automatically set health, but I lost it after years and was looking for an alternative

it doesn't set your HP to the specified value after death. So everytime you die you need to set the HP value again, sadly idk of any other mods that could do just that

Pretty sure you can use the bind command in the console to set it up. You can also access it in the context menu.

Armor value keeps getting reset back to 0

is there a way to have it auto set your max HP on load?

Literally the most basic mod yet it's mega useful.

I may have figured out a fix for modified health resetting to default (sort of, it's a little finicky).


-Use the hc_maxhealth command in the console (E.g: hc_maxhealth 400)

-Set your desired max health using the menu, make sure it matches the value typed into the command console, check the "Set HP to max HP on spawn" box.

-Click the lil green check-mark next to the number

-Then use the kill command to reset your character. (just type kill in the console)

-Whabam, health is set for that entire session! (Though bear in mind, your armor value will be set to 0 on respawn, and will max out at 100. Tried the same process and it didn't work, so if you want more armor, you'll have to manually set it every time.)

This doesn't work for me, I find even when one changes the health it just doesn't do anything. Health is back to default upon respawning even when health is set.

it's working great for me now, maxhealth godmode, health. It's not working for any other player on the server though.

same here, it will give me as much health as i tell it to, but not for other players, and it doesn't stay after respawn. I also tried using the commands instead of the hc_menu and it still didn't work
