Don't send it to me, I haven't used the warlock workshop since 2014. But yeah make your own, copy it exactly if you want, i don't mind. Glad you have a working version, even slam the name or link in a comment to redirect people to it if you want.

I've hacked together a version that doesn't mess up aquatic resources. Can I send it to you? Is it Ok for me to post it?

Yeah I made this mod a week after release. I doubt it supports the expansions

It seems, your mod breaks aquatic ressources.
ie they are still on the map, but there are no buildings to exploit them.

does this works for the AI, does it build these buildings?

Doesn't work with the nagas DLC

Good idea i like the mod, the elemental damage and resistance is too overpowered. There are tons of options to get those buffs through spells and buyable unit perks. Is it possible you could release a "lite" version of this mod? with just the upkeep req and population growth?

I really like this mod dude, subtle and unobtrusive but fixes an unbalance in the early mid/mid game re growth. Thanks!

City Learner - exp per turn +1
Capital Torch - elemental damage +25% and elemental resistance +25

What do the city learner and capitol torch perks do?
