Uploading modded vehicles to Steam is no longer possible since the modding major update in late 2024.

Subscribing to this won't install the mod. This is only for showcase. You need to download it from nexus mods or via stormloader.

No, it needs modded blocks to be downloaded. Read the description.
Modded blocks will be missing if you have not the mod.

What exactly do you mean by "download"? Do you know that it requires external download from NexusMods (for manual installing) or Stormloader in Github?
