Really love the mod, But they just votet a pawn to be Moral leader that are not able to do social work, so i can't use her abilities... that is pritty annoying.

OK, I *think* I found a workaround: if after creating a new colony I save it, quit the game, then restart (I don't know if just re-loading a saved game is adequate, but it may be) it seems to eliminate the problems.

I'm having an issue where sometimes voting succeeds but the roles aren't actually assigned. So far I've been getting around it by manually assigning roles using the dev mode.

i think i found an issue, whenever i play with a modified android factory seed, no voting event happens even after the first snow hits the ground

It would be nice to have a feature of excluding people under a certain age from election - this is largely for mods like Children, School and Learning and Baby and Children.

It could be also based on hediffs - Age Matters (often, but not always, used alongside CSL and BnC) adds things like "baby/toddler/teen/adult/elder" and defaulting to "adult/elder" but certain (modded) ideologies either expanding or restricting this would be great.

I would also love a basic toggle to assign roles! When using a fluid ideology, roles are lost when its updated. I'd like to be able to re-assign them instead of waiting for a vote event.

I would honestly love a basic toggle that allows the leader to be voted, but for you to still be able to assign roles. Like, for example, to prevent weird designations. I'd like my best swordsman to be the melee specialist, but sometimes it gives it to my cook or gardener.

Also, doesn't this mod require the Ideology DLC? If so, then shouldn't it be listed as a requirement?

Great mod, a few issues with it: I seem to be getting duplicate assignments, having 2 different production specialists in my colony. Also, could the moral guide have a preference for high social pawns? I have gotten a few non-social or low social pawns in that role which really hurts.

I really like this mod but I'm having a lot of issues with it that hopefully just suggests that there are mods that I have which are creating bugs. Similar to Lord Archadeas, I had issues of years of failed elections while my candidates were still in the colony and healthy.
I also had an issue where when the plant specialist was elected leader, he didn't actually change role. So I had a plant specialist and no leader because the previous leader still lost their role. I love the idea and the design of this mod still

Had to remove this because of elections failing 100% of the time, "Election failed because pawn is missing!" 4 cycles in, 2 years in, the temple I made has yet to have a ritual in it because no on can be assigned... No one is missing, no one died, no one is traveling, but they are all freaking out :D Fun idea, but I am guessing there is a conflict with another mod that I just cant figure out.

I think the first one is trying to say that your ideology effects who will be more popular?

I understand the second one is saying how long the pawn will be elected for, but I still have no idea what "Karina is a Settlement" means

You need to put a disclaimer that this mod completely removes/eliminates the "assign role" button, not just grays out the leader option. Having to wait until after the first election to assign a religious leader role is really confusing when first using Ideology DLC, since DLC and this mod give conflicting directions...

I like the latest change. It allows me to unassign specialists from other ideoligions. This was a good call. Now I don't have to imprison pesky non-workers and force them into my beliefs. 😂

ffs this gives out the specialist roles as well...? Why? If my colonist is losing the ability to do everything but one thing, that should really be player controlled. I started a new game with this mod and now one of my three colonists can do nothing lol

The moral guide role wasn't assigned because there was "No one suitable" even though there was a pool of 18 colonists to choose from, The melee specialist and shooting specialist were filled though so it has me like ??? how fix, I tried using debug mode but when I unpause the pawns I gave the role are stripped of it

mine votes then says "(pawn's name) disappeared" but the pawn is not gone! :D
