and yes im on the latest update , ive tried downgrading versions it was the same

very bad mission. lags no matter what graphics settings i have set and i ahve a high end PC, the troops dont even have names for the type of troop they are and there are a bunch of random tankmen in the corner of the map. the artillery kills all my troops when it starts the attack. one of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ missions ive ever played

the beta test is finished. You have to buy it in steam shop first. And the original beta game file is disabled

How do you actually recover the horse? Assuming there's only the one horse on the map (running around near the mine storage area), I can't figure out how to interact with it. I've run up to it with several types of units and vehicles, also tried to see if it's a valid target for orders like "take" or "hitch."

Also tried hitting it with a 280mm mortar shell just in case

I think the beta update yesterday may have broken this mission. It worked before for me but I went to play it again today after the update and now I get ctd on mission start. Anyone else having this issue?

I think the install guidance is clear enough. most of subscribers can install it. if you have some problems when installing the mod, tell us, we might able to solve that

forgot to tell you, find mod folder in the disk which installed CTA

No point in downloading the mod when the DEVs of it are busy working on a new mod and not offering installation support for this specific mod. Installation is unclear, obviously and needs clarification.

is there a way you can make/add a youtube link that shows all the steps to add mod?
cause im pretty sure im doing it right but its not there if i could see the steps visually then i could verify everything im doing.

ya cant find that folder 2449219336 only the 302670 and other short ones like.

the mod folder is 2449219336, not 302670. 302670 contains all mods of CTA.

cant seem to get it to work. i see the folder 302670 I renamed it and copied it to GOH mod folder but I do not see it on the extras in game. ive also check the game files integrity on both call to arms games.

finished the mission.... wow its great!

... and this is why I LOVE this series.

GOH is on beta testing now, you can play this mod on the test game. GOH may release this year, we just can't wait to play more missions, so we made missions ourselves.

@Nikral props to you for your patience. The same question is asked again again for milion times. I really don't know how you can make it more clear for us on how to install the mod. Th instructions are clear and it's really easy to follow them.

I can understand when someone can't use computer because he doesn't have the knowledge, but if someone knows how to copy files, play games and browse the internet, i'm pretty sure he can google "root directory meaning" in a few seconds. People are just lazy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nowadays .. I really admire your patience with them

I don't know how to say it in English. 'root directory of GoH' means the folder which contains GOH files.

Right click GOH in your Steam Library interface, click 'manage'->'browse local files'. Then you'll see where's root directory of GOH. There's a folder named 'mods'. Put this mod in 'mods'.

Like idk what it means by root directory of GoH

I did everything founder the right folder but i got lost at step #3.

If you have downloaded CTA already, right click CTA in your 'LIBRARY', then 'manage', 'browse local files'. Then get to two level parent folder--'steamapps', find '/workshop/content/302670/2449219336'. If there is not a '2449219336' folder, the mod hasn't been download yet, you need to check if you've subscribed, then verify integrity of game files.

@Nikral I think it downloaded,but when I check the "content" folder I cant find the folders called "302670" or the folder called "2449219336" please help. I am new to CTA and GoH but i am a veteran in Mowas2 and im not familiar to this modding. Please help me find these folders.

Can you see this mod in 'EXRTA' list ? If you can't, check the name of mod's folder. If you can, and can't find the mission, please be sure you have clicked two buttons: 'activate' and 'apply'.

Where do I play the missions? I followed install instructions but the missions arent in singleplayer.

I mean .. hats off to all of the guys who made the mod of course. Outstanding job!

This mod is EPIC. I didn't even knew what i'm doing for the most part, but finished it succesfully on Normal. It was an epic battle. And this was made before the full release. I can't imagine what will be possible when the game comes out. Hats off Nikral
