trt 56 rp works for now tho, just no unform to form newer nations

Hi there! The current versions of this mod and rt56 seem to be incompatible as the game crashes on starting with both on. Either that or mine are fkd.. Would love to know. Thanks in advance

Dude go into the decision tab, go to this mods decisions. A decision to enable vanilla formables should pop up once the settings decision is picked. Click it and all vanilla ones should become available

This is a wonderful re-write, but there's an issue. It doesn't change the country's color when you form a new nation. If you play without rt56, the color-change works. I think something in rt56 is overwriting this.
