Y'know... we have the All-Father beard and the Eye-Catcher eye patch which are pretty much all-class (minus Scout, Spy and Pyro for beard) but we don't have an awesome all-class pirate hat to go with it. Sure, we have the Cardboard one, but it's fuggin cardboard ( and not as awesome as this). Definitely my favorite hat for Demo but I would love to see the heavy, soldier, or medic with this, as I'm sure would many other people. (Think pirate version of Team Captain. Of course the more classes the merrier). Cheers!
