So, are you running?
Had to clear all traffic with TM:PE one loaded as none would move they were just frozen. Plus it doesn't generate any outside train traffic at all even after clearing all traffic.
One trick i also used was unsubscribe from the collection and run the game, exit then resubscribe to the collection and then run it with loading screen,
There is a possibility that there may be an error related to a missing tree (there are two little buggers from an experiment that I simply cannot find). As far as I am aware this shouldnt be game-breaking, but I know missing roads cause CS to throw a fit.
If this still doesn't work, please let me know and I'll post a full mod list.
