Ah okay, I figured it out earlier just playing around a bit myself. Also might be a bug but for my multiplayer saves reloading it gets rid of the ability to use the specialized perks.

I reworked job spawning. You can find intel from gangsters which are spread around the map. If you don't want to look around yourself you can go to a gas station and ask where the closest gangster area is

Yeah its broken. Offshore banking doesnt work at all. The boat will run you over repeatedly no way to stop it from constantly driving around. If you wait on the shore where it stops it will run you over. If you get close enough to try and use it it doesnt work. Not being able to sell gold basically kills the emd game and ruins the mission.

So I tried to install inidbi, and on launch it said i had to revert to 32 bit. Upon further investigation, I found that theres a newer inidbi2 out, will inidbi 2 work with this mod or do I have to revert to 32 bit?

Are there supposed to be visible civilians walking around on singleplayer? I was driving ingame and it said you killed a civ -200 despite me not seeing a civ anywhere there
