@Timujin this mod above GCCM because this mod overwrites the GCCm db which they gladly let me use. and as for performance a possible boost in fps since alot of the battle fog gets turned down.

With KMM, this automatically goes below the GCCM mods..should it be above? There are two .paks with it, one is above with a ! in title and one is below. Should both go above?

Also, what about the performance impact of this?

@6MP all the weather are still prefixed at the moment will change that after the new DLC come out later today might even add some night battles in aswell.

To toggle the blur on or off, press = or - button. Also that "mod" is a preset for reshade. @Starbuck

Ok, porthole quality set to 2d fixed the issue I had. Thx a lot Calibrated. Now the Cinematic DoF works from the reshade, but its very strong. It blurs the entire UI to the point I can read the skills description on the Lord in battle. How do I tone down the Cinematic DoF? what parameters do I have to adjust? Do I have to change anything more in the game options? The link to the mod that Hazard posted is not possible to download.

@Starbuck. Also I like to press insert while on the campaign map to turn DoF off and insert again when in battle to turn it on. Also you must have porthole quality set to 2d and not 3d.

I installed the reshade and your preset. When the DoF is enabled in the reshade (press home) the picture of the character in the UI is blurred, Both the advisor and lords, like Morathi. If I disable DoF from the preset everything looks ok. Any suggestion how to keep the DoF without the blurs problem?

It worked :) the first screen is displaydepth.fx shader showing the depth buffer so dof shaders will now work as intended :) a dog or cinematicdof are the 1s I use

Yeah the issue is that the game has reversed depth buffer so the dog works just not in front it's behind so open overlay there will a button call edit predefinitions or similar press it then the line that ends in REVERSED change the 1 to a 0 or 0 to a 1 to fix :)

Everyone I know is having reshade problems. specifically with DoF and displaydepth.fx proves that the depth fields are totally borked.. do you have any ideas on how to fix this?

thats maybe the battle map fog sometimes does that underground or there is a crack in the ceiing were lighting coming out from it

Hazard - is there a control over draw distance for lighting? I notice that when I fight, say, in skaven underground map...the lighting (dark shading) is enabled for a decent distance but then clearly bright in the background...or perhaps I gunked up my mod load order?

@Hazard, oh no don't worry but thank you! I've been using your MOD so long now as a default when it changed from the orange lighting I thought it might possibly of been from a recent update. I'm working on a cinematic so a sudden light change is a bit strange haha. Many thanks again for this great MOD.

@EggOnLegs no Altdorf has not been changed only thing I did was add rain the 1 with Orange is Stir River if you wish a little submod for it to be the cool orange if you want.

Has Altdorf's weather changed? It was a really cool orange type before but now seems to be overcast and rainy which is a shame.

@Tonton do you mean the blur on the UI or when in battle? if in battle could you focus on a unit send me a screenshot so i can see the problem your having. there is also a toggle built in

the + key will toggle the dof on/off - still send me the screenshot as above so i can see if the depth buffer needs reversing. note to self i will add that to description.

still having problems with updating the mod so here is the full updated mod here - navigate to Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/594570/1923140506 and put it in there let it overwrite. that way you can still use launcher as usual @enggraphice also has that map fix with much more brighter lighting not sure was going on in that map but its sorted :D - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lv6uOTSkqofEKejgvloERWhwAf8D-AUn/view?usp=sharing

@enggraphice What you need to go to the weather folder open that up then cross check the dwf_01 And so on with the database @ELWO 1 you are looking at the battle environment column first but also around middle of the db will be the map that corresponds to that environment for the custom battle the line you need to change are sun colour I am guessing they are 0.8 change them to 1.0 to make them brighter. Hope that helps
