2. Well that's embarrassing. Fixed now. In my larger Planetfall mod, which I used to make the screenshots, the file is in fact named !whatever, so I never noticed this minimod didn't work.
1.Dynamic Difficult- Ultimate Customization conflicts with this mod, and it make this mod uneffective.
2.I see you have made a new static modifier file, which is named "m_doomstack_static_modifiers_replaced.txt", to overwrite those codes of the vanilla one. In ASCII code order it will sort after the vanilla one; to make it functional, you have to give it a proper name to make it sort before the vanilla one. Like "!_doomstack_static_modifiers_replaced.txt".
Fleet command limit further increased from +200 to +999, as I often saw the AI having fleets pushing against even the increased command limit.
Please let me know if the mod still works after this small update. I'm curious, given that many people have reported problems with the new launcher.
