Hello, nacre is collected when specific amount is stored - villagers can collect item when it's in their carry weight parameters. This is how it works for all core game villagers and buildings - villagers don't transport one piece of item. They will wait to transport as much as they can.

Why didn't the workers collect nacre and save 30? After manually controlling workers to collect nacre, mussels will not collect them?

No, we can't. I mean in some way but not the way I would want to to be fixed - I thought about snow in buildings cause this is the biggest problem, we can remove snowing or snow in general but snow on ground look good, snow in buildings and on furniture in house during Winter looks tragic... I will report it once again to devs and see what they can do now about it.
