Most of my followers have a default outfit of regular clothes with removable armor in their inventory. But since Atvarii is a mage, that doesn't quite work out.
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 11. Apr. 2014 um 17:17
That is a bit tricky. Well, actually, it's easy; but it's tricky in the case of regular clothing and robes. The way followers equip armor is that they go with whatever piece of gear is currently in their inventory or default outfit that has the most armor for any given slot.

Problem is, robes and regular clothes don't have an armor rating, so they would just stay in their default outfit since there is no armor bonus to swapping out the clothes.

There are two solutions:
1. Don't give them a default outfit and have them wearing only underwear by default.
2. Make the robes a combined robe and hood set. For some reason, if their head isn't already covered, they will equip a hooded robe to fill that gap and thus replace their regular clothes. This, however, would not work if you wanted them to wear robes that do not have an attached hood.

Thank you kindly. I don't make followers but is it possible to give them an equippable outfit to ease equipment swapping?
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 11. Apr. 2014 um 17:04
Okay, the outfit is named "WarlockOutfitSimpleWithHood".

The individual pieces that make up the outfit are:
"ClothesWarlockBoots"
"ClothesWarlockRobesHooded"

At least that is what they are called in the CK. They might be called something different in-game.
INV8ER 11. Apr. 2014 um 16:53
The name would work, though, I suppose.
INV8ER 11. Apr. 2014 um 16:52
Specifically the ID of them if possible.
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 11. Apr. 2014 um 16:52
It's been a while, but I believe they are her default outfit. I'm not sure if you can remove default outfits with the console. If so, I can look up what the outfit's name is.
INV8ER 11. Apr. 2014 um 16:51
What are the robes she's wearing? I'm trying to remove them via console to replace them with a custom set.
Procyon Dei 21. März 2014 um 17:42
ok, thanks for the tip ^_^
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 21. März 2014 um 17:35
I know it does, but I'm sorry to say that I'm not going to use it.

First: I tried it once, but there were clipping issues I didn't like.
Second: I wasn't a fan of the hair styles themselves.
Third: I don't like clogging up my game with too many mods if I can help it.
Fourth: I don't want my subscribers to depend on a second mod just to use mine.

If you have a request using vanilla resources, I'd see what I can do about fitting in time to make it. As it is, I'm already working on one, with another lined up after that. So it'd likely be a while before I could get to yours.

If you're having problems learning the CK, check this guy out: https://www.youtube.com/user/DARKF0X127

He makes some excellent tutorials for the CK. I learned a lot of what I know from him and just messing around on my own.
Procyon Dei 21. März 2014 um 17:30
And I have my own requests because I'm not good at moding
Procyon Dei 21. März 2014 um 17:29
no, that mod simply adds more hair options for female khajiit hairstyles
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 21. März 2014 um 17:28
I'm not saying none of my Khajiit have long hair. Just this one because her specific hair style was requested.
Procyon Dei 21. März 2014 um 17:27
and I would like to make my own character... Unfortunately I'm not good with mods, at all.
Procyon Dei 21. März 2014 um 17:26
try Long hair for female Khajiits by Magne.Moe... yes, it's on the Workshop
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 21. März 2014 um 17:21
I believe it's shoulder length. Dreads with rings, if I remember correctly.
Procyon Dei 21. März 2014 um 17:20
long hair?
Prolapse Perry 22. Juni 2013 um 17:43
Sorry. I just prefer human voices. Needed to know, ha ha.

But I know how you feel. Bethesda needs to get their act together
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 22. Juni 2013 um 17:42
Unfortunately, it is a human voice (the same as Ysolda's in Whiterun). Because there are no Khajiit marriage options in the base game, the dialogue does not exist. Therefore, marriageable Khajiit followers must use non-Khajiit voices.

Atvarii'kal has double going against her because there are no female Khajiit followers in the base game, so the follower dialogue does not exist either.

I really wish it weren't so, but Bethesda has pretty much forced it to be like this. The only way to add in the Khajiit voices is if you could get the original voice actors (or someone similar) and record new dialogue. As this is far beyond most modders' capabilities, it is a reality which must unfortunately be lived with.
Prolapse Perry 22. Juni 2013 um 17:36
I'd like to know whats her voice? Is it Human voice or Khajiit?
bunky 14. Juni 2013 um 19:13
Ok that's ok make the sword daedric plz. :) Umm, could the armour be Dragonscale, no helmet, the name I am really have no clue about, also could the skin be quite darker instead of lighter. I'll keep thinking of a name, and place the docks at windhelm, thanks.
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 14. Juni 2013 um 18:54
Unfortunately, I only own Hearthfire, so dragonbone weapons are a no-go. What kind of clothes/armor would you want him to have? Also, where would you want him to be? There's also the matter of his name. What would you want his name to be?

Just as a note... These next few days will likely be busy for me so I'm not sure when I might be able to get to this mod. I'll let you know as soon as it's done, though.
bunky 14. Juni 2013 um 18:52
Ok how about a brownish greene scales, gender male, horns (whichever ones you think looks best), how bout in one hand a dragonbone sword and the other hand chain lightning, so he's like a battlemage kind of thing, that would be AWESOME if you can do that, if you can't don't worry I don't mind. :)
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 14. Juni 2013 um 18:13
Hmmm... I've only ever made Khajiit characters. By that, I mean I've never once played as anything other than a Khajiit from Morrowind, through Oblivion, and now in Skyrim. Soooo... I can try. I just can't guarantee that it'll be a good looking Argonian, lol. Just tell me what you want in the character and I'll give it a try. I mean I need a gender, a name, specialties, armor/clothing, scale color, overall looks, etc.
bunky 13. Juni 2013 um 22:45
Ok I see your point, could you please make an argonian mage. :)
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 13. Juni 2013 um 17:52
@Bunky13 As it says in the description, this was a follower requested by the user currently known as Keki. She asked me to make a modded character and we worked out the details and here it is. Honestly, though, I do like making female Khajiit followers as there are only 2 Khajiit followers in the game and both of them are male. Plus, this allows you to have the follower without going through the College questline. Afterall, what if you're a warrior who really doesn't have anything to do with magic, but you want a good mage follower to balance out your combat skills?
BigPimpen 13. Juni 2013 um 0:26
thank you for the response. I didnt realize followers also had perks the same way the main charector doese, but as you explained they actualy do which is very cool. THanks for the response
bunky 12. Juni 2013 um 22:45
I really don't see a point in this mod becasue if you guys have actually finished the college of winterhold quests then you do a quick quest for J'zargo he can become your follower and he is a Khajiit mage.
TheCRazyEyedWulfe 12. Juni 2013 um 13:27
Sweet Mod Can't wait to try it out.
Wolferz 8. Juni 2013 um 10:24
XD ~throws a pie at you~
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 8. Juni 2013 um 10:19
Oh, well then. It seems what we have here is a failure to communicate.
Wolferz 8. Juni 2013 um 10:19
XD And I was talking to LoneFerret
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 8. Juni 2013 um 10:17
@Keki No, that was meant towards BigPimpen just below. I probably should have put a little @tag on it just to clarify.
Wolferz 8. Juni 2013 um 8:50
I mean like change my skin color to pink and such xD
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 6. Juni 2013 um 21:07
She should automatically have the perks. I am not quite certain as to how it works, but I believe the followers unlock the perks as their skill levels reach the required amount. For example, I believe Atvarii'kal unlocks the atromancy perk when her conjuration skill reaches 40. The other possible way it works is that she simply has all the perks I gave her from the start. I'm still unclear on how it works, but she should simply gain the perks without you having to do anything.
BigPimpen 6. Juni 2013 um 21:03
so she is a solid healer, conjurer and and has some decent destruction spells. Plus she looks cool, im confused though how you are able to perk her up i didnt know you could use perks with your followers, im currently using amazing follwer tweaks can you explain how u can perk her up? Beside that she seams valuble and thank you for explaining what her specialties are
Ferret287 6. Juni 2013 um 21:02
If you're trying to make your character look different you need to hit the ~ key (next to the 1 key) and then type in "showracemenu" without quotations. That should open the menu from helgen. Or if you have Dawnguard you could go to the mage in the ragged flagen.
Wolferz 6. Juni 2013 um 15:41
But it looks WAY too difficult xD
Wolferz 6. Juni 2013 um 15:41
C: I'm trying to look up how to mod a preset. They say it's the easiest way to mod yourself to look different
DerAlleinTiger  [Autor] 6. Juni 2013 um 15:38
Not a problem. It's nice to get some more modding practice.
Wolferz 6. Juni 2013 um 15:36
SUPER DUPER :D thanks so much <3
