Really, really liked this one! Opening move(s) elegant. Even the timer wqsn't bad (I was making it harder than it actually was, at first) :steamhappy:. First rate map!

Very good puzzle, much fun to play. I, too, thought those 2 moves would be much too ninja for me until figuring out the much easier way. I am having much fun going through your collection, thank you so much for your effort. Please forgive so much usage of the word much.

Quick and easy...thanks for a great map.

Screwed up portal placement right at the end, had to go through the moving platform bit all over again and I loathe moving platforms. Sigh, my own fault for being a dumb-ass.

Really good map. Like 'suandin' below, I also ”watch your video for the very first step” to get me started in the right direction; I then worked my way through it without tooo many problems - apart from the very last ’shoot 2 portals quickly & accurately cube fling’ which took me a while (I watched the easier way afterwards :steamfacepalm:). Thanks

I had to watch your video for the very first step, but after that, it ran quite smoothly. Thanks for the great map, and beautiful design as always. :)

Amazing excellent map! After finishing, I watched your video and discovered that I did a couple of things the hard way. Still a great fun adventure! Thanks for your effort!

@Chelliste -- you don't have to do the turn and double-shoot quite as fast as you think (or I thought for a while, too.) You can use the funnel to hold yourself up from below while you turn around and place the second portal more carefully on the tilted tile below. Make sense? (Check out Skyferret's video if you don't know what I mean.)

I really like the ending puzzle for the exit. Appears I have the portal fast shooting ability for this map :)
Chelliste 21 déc. 2014 à 22h08
Almost finished it. That is, I solved it mentally, but can't fire two portals accurately, rapidly, while turning around 180 degrees and falling. If it weren't for having to turn around, I'm pretty sure I could handle the 2 shots while falling. I use a mouse and keybaord, not a game controller, so I can't manage the more complex finger gymnastics. Mentally, though, I enjoyed this puzzle very much.

Revisiting this one, I reckon this is one of your best ever. First time round took me ages to get through, the design is beautiful!

I figured that's what "Portal authoring software" or whatever you've been "playing" these days was. That's so cool! I know you'll be brilliant at it once you get the hang of it!! Can't wait to see the results :)

Thanks. Right now I'm learning Hammer. What I find hard is to come up with something puzzleworthy when my head is being crammed with all this new stuff I need to learn when using this editor. Eventually I'll come up with something.
Bad_Aim 10 avr. 2014 à 0h21
Yay, finally one where I was able to get past the first room quickly! Alas, I got stuck in the second doing all sorts of dumb things before finally having the "ah ha!" moment. I don't know how you come up with this stuff, but I love it!

As I have said before, it is a pleasure playing your test chambers. I know that I can get out of a situation after making a wrong choice and not have to start over. No ninja skills (usually, thinking back to Perpetuality, which for me was challenging). Your maps require thinking and maybe an occasional F6 for slings that go astray.

Wow, this was an excellent and challenging map. I don't know if this is because of playing in deep night xD but took me my good 30 minutes. Enjoyed it a lot. Very good usage for funnels and momentum. Thumbs up!

Thanking everyone for the comments about how they enjoyed it.

This is the second map of yours I've completed. Excellent work! These are more challenging / creating than many of the Valve maps.
Zagaomaster 3 juin 2013 à 23h33
Great map, congratulation
Skyferret  [créateur] 28 mai 2013 à 15h25
Thanks. Yeah, it would be nice working for Valve. As for thinking things through, I like to make sure there's no frustration (or even getting stuck). Some of my maps might involve the player having to start over, but I try to make sure they don't have to go too far back.

Thanks for playing.

Awesome map. Just apply to valve and get it overwith!

This is a great example of a well layed out map that circles back on parts but doesn't make you feel like you might be skipping something or in danger of starting over.

Also well tested prior to going up. I didn't find any problems. At the end when my cube fell from the wall button and it missed my portal on the ground I had a moment of panic like I might have to start from square 1 but nope that's been thought through too.

Good job.
