Dose this mod only work with Skyrim Special edition because went ahead and I subscribed earlier and the book wasn't in my inventory or the wardens chest inside Helgon's keep I mean I watched the same two videos I actually remember seeing a long time ago and I even was communicated to another person about the amazing follower tweaks thinking it would be usable in any version of the game but why not as I found out...)-:

@DarkFaceGlow when you install AFT first thing you need to do is to talk to your follower then a new option should appear (If not go to your magic menu then power tab then there should be a new spell). Select that option that says "Tweak" or something then go to gear there should be an option to allow you to change your follower's gear.

This mod is very confusing. Can't figure out how to make them wear the gear i've given them.

Battletude look at the latest update, updates ain't gonna happen.

It's working for me. I'm mostly using it for the horse riding follower function but the other stuff seems ok so far.

Great mod with amazing features, back in the days. However now I dont know if its working. All I can say is that in my very old playthrough from 2011 some of my amazing followers are bugged, they are always naked.

This mod works fine for me but I also haven't used it extensively. Just letting all you know this still works to some degree in 2022.

Sadly came to find this mod causes npcs to fly around at least in the embershard mine. Everything works fine again after getting rid of this specific mod.

Anyone else have random characters in the game randomly spawn as animals in front of them. Like maurice was a bear and other people were other animals

So when I edited Serana's armor, I lost her default armor (the armor that has "AFT" in the armor name). I gave her new armor but when I dismiss her and come back for her to follow me, she is naked. Only until I giver her something or edit her armor, it comes back on. It's not a big deal but a little annoying, any fixes?

Any mod that modifies follower scripts seems to cause problems for this one.

Okay, I dunno what happened, but as soon as I accidentally killed Lydia and resurrected her via console command - the AFT suddenly began to work.
Also, I've placed the mod last on my list. Not sure if any of this has to do, but maybe might help someone else with the same trouble as me this morning. GL!

Reinstalled Skyrim after 2 years, AFT doesn't work. I have the book, but there's no specific AFT dialogue line with any NPC. Spells don't work either. Awesome. Great. Time to delete Skyrim again for another 2 years.

anyone know why it no longer registers followers in slots? i even tried using the power on inigo but it doesnt work, i can no longer tweak them, or have multiple followers

Good mod overall but I can't figure out how to have my follower's horse fast travel when mine does.

It did stop for me, too (Skyrim Classic). However, I managed to revive it by launching the game new instead of using a saved game (I came back after three years), and having deinstalled and reinstalled the mod, and, which i think is most important, >>>>> having the mod AFT placed at the very bottom of the Skyrim default mod list that you get access to when launching the game <<<<<. Since then I am in company of five followers again, managed individually, both default Skyrim and mod characters.

The mod AFT did not stop to work in my Skyrim VR installation. When I installed that in winter 2017/18 I think, it destroyed/overwrote the existing Skyrim Classic installation, only the mod contentpartially remained, some fo the mods I use din Clasasic meanwhile seme to be unavailable (I love such surprises). After reinstalling the Classic now, it coexists with the VR edition, so I have TWO Skyrims now, mods for VR added (including AFT) with Nexus Mod Manager from back that time.

Not sure if this mod is currently active. However, I get no indication of the mod in any dialog. The command or make follower spells can be selected, but can't be used. If anyone has any suggestions or information, please share. Thanks!

I think this mod doesn't work as intended for me. When I ask them to hang around or sleep, how do I tell them to cancel that? My follower makes a camp, I tell her to sleep and then I don't have the tweak menu anymore. I can talk to them but after they finish their sentence they will go back to sleep. Any suggestions_

How? If you press the "Assign Home" option it just makes them change into their home clothes there, but they still return to their default home when you dismiss them. You can dismiss them (but hang out here), which is all very well and good but you can't dismiss them out in the middle of nowhere that way. So how do you ACTUALLY Assign their new home?

I was really hoping that this included stray dogs. I'm still testing but if I have Meeko and ask stray dog to follow me, Meeko disappears.

It's great but there still are bugs.Many times the followers will not defend themselves or you. This is particularly true if a dragon is circling. And once this state begins it never ends.They still make reasonably good decoys though.

why are there like, 10 hunters following me around when i spawn in

hey i've had this mod for a few playthroughs no problem, but i started a new character yesterday and for some reason i don't have the "tweak commands" power and the make follower one. when i recruit a follower i can still access the AFT options for them. but i just dont have the powers in my magic section. any help is appreciated!

I love this mod, it is one of my top 5 favorites of all time. I just have one complaint, it's that the incompability warning appears with literally EVERY spell I teach my sorcerer toons. I have to cheat and use the command console to teach it to them, using the teach equipped spell function with any spell that isn't a vanilla novice destruction spell corrupts the mod for me. I mean, it still works with console command addspell X but I don't like that it takes the console

Guys, from my knowledge, there has been no talk about "removing" this mod from steam.

@Smallturns I will say, even if it WAS removed, you can easily get a Nexus Mod's account. It's Free, Easy, Simple, and quite honestly, for the mods you can't get on Steam Workshop, there is very little excuse to why you wouldn't have a nexus mods if you're serious about modding your games.

He she or they are a jerk and so much more in my opinion if they remove it from Steam because what if the person wanting to download the mod doesn't have a nexus or a Bethesda.net account but other then making think even more if rezzzman is going to do that or not witch I don't know why he would does Amazing Follower Tweaks come with extra horses so whoever following you can ride as well or wasn't adding mounts to the game part-of his original plan?

Great mod! This and two combat mods are my favorite mods of all time...thank you so much for the work you guys/gals have done on this. On a side note, please do not delete this mod on steam as it removes the mod from peoples current playthroughs causing crash to desktop when loading a save. I have had this issue before on steam workshop before. Thanks for your hard work on this mod, I love it!

@The suspect No, this mod works with every follower in the Vanilla and DLC versions of skyrim.

@Shinobi if you talk to one of your followers, and you go into AFT options, at the bottom few choices it will give you an option ( I can't remember the actual name) and in there, you can toggle if you want your followers to use your extra horses.
