The flag is simply the flag of west Georgia ( circa 13th/14th century ), with the Bagratoni coat of arms smacked in the middle :D
So in other words not a real flag at all, like the mod's setting it it purely fictional!

Great mod, although I can suggest you to expand more on the focus tree as it is quite small (also fixing the focus that gives naval dockyards as it doesn't not work) and perhaps redesigning some states and provinces. Good effort!
