I am finally putting the finishing touches on the android version of the game including scaling, gui controls, and texture optimization. I hope to have the game finalized in the coming months.

While i understand that my industry behavior has been beyond sub par, the reality is that i put my project on the back burner to deal with other things. I've been polishing the game at a lower pace and have failed to find an adequet venue for my product. I will place one of the finished levels on indie db with a link for anyone who is still interested, but unitll I can find an adequet vendor or large enough community; this project will likley remain, a side project. You can contact me personally in Indie db if you have any questions that supercede this comment

as a game developer (if you can even call yourself that), you should know that keeping POTENTIAL customers in the dark is the WORST way to get paid... still only ONE screenshot and NO videos after almost a year now.. GG
HADES2001 Jan 15, 2014 @ 9:19am
0 video 1 picture saying nothing you should have taken it offline its a no here now
Glacise  [author] Dec 17, 2013 @ 8:08am
I apoligise for the long delay of updates as I have been rather busy. I have however been working on the game and have been taking user comments in mind. I have been working on high definition ball textures, dynamic shadows, dynamic scenary and rolling balls. I will be updating the page soon with updates during the coming days.
Haseo Dec 16, 2013 @ 1:47pm
One screenshot, two deleted videos, no updates since April...really??
"Bob" the Space Cadet Aug 15, 2013 @ 8:34pm
Cool concept, but the design needs work and it would be better if you could animate a person than having a static little gas cloud. I'm putting this one down as ask again later because I like where you're going, but you're not there yet.
Corpsolian Jul 6, 2013 @ 2:22pm
I hope to hell thats a placeholder player character.
HelloDH May 29, 2013 @ 4:13am

You're onto something. Refine it and ask me again later.

rybaby Apr 26, 2013 @ 10:25pm
i still want to know your thought process when you decided this was something good enough to be on steam
nerevarine Apr 23, 2013 @ 9:33pm
zomg this is utterly a surprise of genius and creativity. upvoted!
rybaby Apr 22, 2013 @ 5:30am

ZanderEzekial Apr 17, 2013 @ 6:53pm
I assume the video was made before you finished the character model?
Jesus Fetus Apr 15, 2013 @ 5:47am
For god's sake, if I'm playing as a giant marble, I want to move like a giant marble. Why is it so hard to make the thing roll? That's all anyone wants from this.
Cat Apr 13, 2013 @ 8:24am
Graphics are meh, not a realyl new idea or bringing anything special to the table.
As of now I'll have to downvote, but maybe in the future it'll be better.
brandonell68 Apr 13, 2013 @ 5:59am
gude like portul 2
Psycho Apr 12, 2013 @ 10:23pm
Either need to more closely copy marble madness and do a lot more with entity visuals, textures and physics, or toss it, and do the spaceball/spark idea, which is also kind of cool.
Christ Catnap Apr 12, 2013 @ 3:44pm
Alright, after proving that I am rather inept at the demo, I still cannot help but wonder if it is all me.

Could not give it to much time though, even at that I checked out the tutorial also. The tutorial is where many would seem to be complaining about the graphics, which is irrelevant, because the in-game graphics are rather well rendered. Of course you know that the sphere is static, and without that tail it would be rather difficult to determine direction.

I intend to revisit the Demo at a later date, and work through the functionality. This alone must mean that there is something of interest to me within the game. The atmospheric elements, the sense of space that is, along with a knack for color design, demonstrate the developer’s potential. Unlike another ‘ball’ game’s field of play, this, to my knowledge, is handmade, as the environment is original to the game itself. And all that is enough to get a positive vote from me.

Steam for YOU!!!

And gaben says he wants to get rid of Greenlight and let developers publish freely...
Vidise_Crimson Apr 11, 2013 @ 2:47pm
this game kinda reminds me of Marble maddness, but now more modern... hmmm, needs more graphic upgrades.
squ1dgunn3r Apr 11, 2013 @ 12:39pm
wow, awful
PERSONAL BEAVIS Apr 11, 2013 @ 12:04am
Had the hundo for Greenlight but not 30 for FRAPS, eh?
DoctorOMalley Apr 10, 2013 @ 6:51pm
Personally, I think it looks like it could be fantastic, but it does need a lot of work.
Krulin Apr 10, 2013 @ 1:44pm
Seriously? This is kinda pathetic. The grahpics are half done (not bad or good), just really unfinished. It also looks like there's really not much to the game.
Perse Piraat Apr 10, 2013 @ 8:42am
Spaced: Genesis = Space Simulator took a massive durd right into Steam! -.-
Dylan Klebold Apr 10, 2013 @ 8:08am
a race game ! yeeeeeppeeeeeeee !

Cyberbrickmaster86 Apr 10, 2013 @ 2:29am
Are you kidding me? The attention to detail is so shallow. it just ends up looking like another one of those greenlight entries that aren't even trying. I know I may be sounding like a graphics whore, but I feel that I should with these kind of games, especially considering that there are quite a number of great looking indie titles. This one just looks way too simplistic and outdated. I know there are games like Vib Ribbon and Minecraft that use primative graphic design as an art form, which has worked in their favour, but this one just doesn't have enough inspiration to even be remotely artistic.Yes I'm aware that I've been going on and on about the graphics, but if you want to get this greenlit, you're going to have to work a lot harder than this. And don't re-submit this until you're almost finished with the product. Sorry if I may be a bit harsh, but I really don't want to see games with half arse effort get featured on something like Steam.

Marble Blast Ultra?
♫TGC> The Games Collector Apr 9, 2013 @ 6:55pm
I hope that ball is actually going to roll in the final product...
アシュトン Apr 9, 2013 @ 2:36pm
Feels so nostalgic.. how many games about balls i've seen in the past.. heck i think i've even beta tested something similiar with a multiplayer at some point. Sorry i won't buy that game.
Jean-Jacques Falcon Apr 9, 2013 @ 1:57pm
More than rough. Definitively needs refinement.
