Lacdahan; there is a lever undernearth the statue in the middle of the room which will open up the rest of the ruins.
Miraak29; I believe I was using the Wilds ENB when I took those screenshots and recorded that trailer. It was popular back when I was playing, and assumably still is.

this place is ...indeed a ruin..after reading the comments i subscribed and been searching the place for 40 minutes...am i missing something? is there a storyline or removal of a `magic barrier` that would change the entire place to its `former glory`? because if not, i must disagree with all the exaggerated comments below..
Ozone117; wouldn't be so bad if they were real keys.
I'm currently working on a new mod, but I'm still keeping a watchful eye on this topic. If there are any bugs, please let me know and I'll sort it out.

As for it's location, it's not actually atop the Throat of the World, but on route. You'll find it on the path before High Hrothgar. Have fun!
I've also just noticed my weapon racks have bugged out since the patch. Working on a fix now.
