I haven't been maintaining this for a while and don't really have any plans to fix it, that's beyond my scope of ability.

You should make the map a full map of the globe that also includes Antarctica.

@SW the way that Wunderwaffe set up defines for the mod caused it to crash with a new version that adds new things into the graphics defines

In both .mod files I have picture="map.png" and a file named map.png in the directory of the mod.

you have to make sure you add picture="(name of thumbnail).jpg/png/etc" in the .mod file

Not certain why I can't get the thumbnail to work, but the mod works just fine. If anyone has advice feel free to offer it.
