Unless you're playing with 1.7.*, even doing that, It will not really work as they've implemented various mechanics to the game which are not implemented in the mod, I'm afraid. Biggest example of these being fuel consumption.
Also, I do not really suggest them for a serious game. They're kinda OP and I've never managed to balance them out as I lost interest.

i wish the research tree could work, technically if u use ''Research all'' in console, u get it, however, i wanted it to actually work without the need of cheats or without needing to play only with german to get the techs

so, this is dead

as for myself. i dont know how to make mods or update them. i think i tried 2once it didn't work. wish i could. thks. Looks cool though.

this doesnt work. nothing shows up in the the tech tree's.

on the latest patch this wont let me open the research menu, if you do update this it would be much appreciated.

It does not work with the new update because it overhauls the tech tree. You have to wait till the next patch or you have to roll back to the version before no step back
