That said, I just switched over to SE and see it is not listed there :/.
I am not sure if the original author still reads this, but is there any way to port this to SE or give the permission to someone else to do so?
Seriously this has always been one of the best mods and I am so bummed I can't use it now.
A: The NPCs use the same flags as spouses do for ownership..."
i turned breezehome into a shop. does this mean that i cant have a stall in whiterun? do i need the master bedroom or something to buy a stall? what if i load from before and buy all the additions before i remodel it into a store?
Will you upload the new file and remember credits to this mod ;-)

Skyrim wasn't working on my computer after 563 hours of gameplay, your method worked.
if your puzzeled it was about the crash after the bethesda logo and SKSE crashing
i will now support you with your mod by downloading it. Thanks again
PS: have you made any other mods, your ideas are realy good. Some form of overide for entitys near / in your stalls would be nice too. e.g. A remover for the trees from the better cities mods.
