Weird, it doesn't for me, and I fixed everything, you should redownload the requirements & the addon

yeah the headlights and rear tail lights flash on code 2 lighting, it does it for slicktop in the front and regular for front and back. its kinda weird.

You can activate the Police Lights by pressing "F", press "Alt (left)" to switch between the different lighting stages.
Press "R" to activate the siren.
Press "X" to activate the stock lights, and then hold for 2 seconds "X" to switch between the 3 different Takedown Lights.

And Second, are you kidding ? It's from Forza Horizon 3, he did the actual port himself maaan.
