Hmmm... should give it more a... I don't know... "I'm the corrupt Mayor of this small town. The Richest Man for Miles on end. If you cross me, you'll end up in boot hill before the next dawn." I'm not totally certain how to make the hat fancier... but either going darker or lighter says a man in the old west has money to be impractical. The other option is to go the "Maverick Gambler" route. Lots of fancy hats with those fellows. As it is, I'm a tad confused by the Mafioso name you gave the hat. Is this more like an Italian gangster who owns a vegas casino look you want?
