Removed "player" ping (ie multiplayer ping) from mod. Original files include a reduced size on this ping on the galaxy map.

Mod no longer replaces the entire 00_pingmap.txt. Only "player" and "outline_selection" have been modified.

This update includes an adjust to the Ctrl-Alt-Left Click ping. It is now a yellow ripple and has been made smaller.
