Minor bugfixes (specifically starting solar systems being filled gas giants).

UPDATE:
- New resources for terraforming; oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, water, carbondioxide and diamonds
- Buildings to interact with these resources
- Fixed techs 'Unlocks Feature:' being white instead of orange
- Fixes in spelling thanks to Blackbird
- Fixed aliens and random civilizations spawning on uninhabitable worlds
- Added techs for buildings interacting with the new strategic resources.
