Optimizations
I've made extensive card code optimizations to improve compatibility with card-modifying mods (such as the Chimaera mod).



Fixes
The Parting Gift no longer incorrectly grants Power Items multiple times.

Parting Gift: DMG+2.
Spell Card Rules: now it gives more stacks of Power Ranks.

BOMB-Resist Potion: Now it gives you 5 Lunar Halos. It now just guarantees protection against 2 attacks.
