Added a new playable major faction: "The Lobster Horde"

Added 5 new playable minor factions:
- Rimeshell Tribe
- Hardshell Tribe
- Shadowclaw Conclave
- Duchy of Carapacho

Balance changes:

Added level requirements for many of the skills on the highest row in character skilltrees.

Wine resource building now provides 50 less gold at all levels

Improved Beastslayer's campaign movement range expedition, now provides 10% +5% per outpost
up from 5% +3% per outpost

Added new skill to King Crab's Skilltree
"Distinguished Presence":
- Diplomatic Relations with all factions +10
- Allied Recruitment cost -20% (factionwide)

Bug Fixes etc:

Fixed a bug which caused unclickable legandary hero icons to appear in the hero recruitment panel

Added Legendary Lord defeat traits for all crab legendary lords

Added generic traits for:
- Victories vs crabs
- Defeats vs crabs
- Agent actions vs crabs
- Assisting crabs

Landmark updates:

- Increased income of Rimeshell Crossing landmarks, to match the income buffs made to basic ports.
- Thundertide Memorial landmark now enables Tidestone ability for armies in province
- Thundertide Memorial landmark Income from all buildings (local province) 20% -> 25%
- The Shattered Claw landmark removed effect: public order +4 (local province)
- The Shattered Claw landmark added effect: Lord Recruit Rank +2 (factionwide)

General Changes:

- Legendary heroes can now be recruited by AI crab factions (this happens automatically on turn 20, but only if no crab faction is being played by a human player)
- Fixed a rare bug, which sometimes caused other factions with no built-in vassalization options to be able to vassalise crabs.
- Crabs now grant lizardmen rewards when targeted by greenskin waaagh (this is a placeholder, I may replace it in the future)

- Ancestral Offerings that target armies can now be used at sea
- Crustacean Nation factions can now confederate through diplomacy.
- Crustacean Settlements are now settlement/siege battles.
- Added military supplies, agent success chance, and other effects to defense buildings to make them on par with those used by other factions.

Mod Compatibility:

- Added compatibility with Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords mod
- Added compatiblity with Character Variant Selector mod

New Legendary Heroes:

Queen Crab:
- Quest starts when faction leader reaches lvl 12, King Crab gets the quest automatically on turn 2 instead
- questline requires conquering marienburg

Glacius Rimeshell:
- Quest starts when faction leader reaches lvl 10, Clawdius Beastslayer starts the campaign with this hero already recruited
- recruited from the start if you start the campaign as Clawdius Beastslayer
- questline requires killing enemies and constructing forge buildings

Hummus Craboyes:
- Quest starts when faction leader reaches lvl 8
- questline requires fighting skaven

New Follower Ancilliaries:

Crustacean Betmaster:
- Upkeep -5% for Hardshell units
- Chance to gain while being idle in regions with hardshell colosseum buildings

Lone Crustacean Ranger:
- Ambush success chance +10%
- Chance to gain when leveling up with a Crustacean Ranger unit in your army

- available in whitepeak region at tier 3
- Diplomatic relations: +10 with High Elves
- Income from all buildings +20% (local province)

Innate Skill "Patriarch of the Hardshell"
- added effect +15% Mass (Lord's Army)

Unique line "Overwhelming Size"
- Lowered level requirement from 10 to 8
- renamed to "Grand Challenge"
- adds a tergetable rampage ability
- previous effects got moved to innate trait and legendary resilience skill

Unique Line "Legendary Resilience"
- added effect +15% maximum health

Old Ironclaw:

Arcane Conduit
- Replaced with Greater Arcane Conduit

New skill "Loremaster, Lore of the Claw"
- Requires level 12
- Winds of Magic cost -2 for all Lore of the Claw spells
- Cooldown -25% for all Lore of the Claw spells

Other balance changes:

Rimeshell Marauders (Crab Levy RoR)
- added passive ability "Rage"

Sharpened Claws (Spell)
- Added effect: +25% Armour Piercing Missile Damage

Crustacean Forge building chain
- removed recruitment cost reduction effect
- removed barrier points effect
- added effect that improves armour and weapon/missile damage in combat

Reduced multiplayer cost of all Spider Crab mounts by 100

Bug Fixes/Misc:

- Fixed a bug which caused some vfx to not display properly
- Fixed Crustacean Battle Altars looking like Gorebeast Chariots after being destroyed
- Adjusted descriptions for Tidelord's shell rewards faction effect to clarify exactly how it works
- Adjusted visuals for most polearm weapons to prevent them from clipping into crab claws
- Adjusted height of banner displays in battle and on campaign map, to prevent them from clipping into units
- Crustacean Battle Altar auras now explicitly specify that they are mutually exclusive
- Updated visuals for crustacean lore passives and lore of magic selection buttons
- The discovery chain now propperly increases the chance for discovering Skaven undercities
