Slightly increased punch cooldown

Walls now slightly bounce you back like the original. Changed speed for normal size and tiny size.

Removed powerup that makes you big until I can figure out the kinks. Changed wumpa fruit spawn locations.

Added ice chunks to make the map look less empty
