- Added a workaround for NPC models that lack proper chest and stomach hitgroups

Not all models support full hitgroups, meaning the grenade carry feature would not trigger. This setting should allow just about all models to support the feature.

- Added support for SMG1 grenades

These use the same hitbox logic as regular grenades, but with a separate setting for the model. SMG1 grenades cannot become armed, they will only be detonated (uses the same damage requirement as grenades.)

- Added Player Grenade Carrying

Essentially the same as NPC Grenade carrying, but players who have a grenade in their inventory can now drop live grenades. Hitboxes use the same logic as NPC's, with the addition of the arm being a valid hitbox for players holding a grenade.

- Explosives now attribute the attacker and inflictor as the player/NPC that triggered the detonation and the weapon used (respectively)

Shooting a grenade (active/inactive) will set the attacker as the player, and the weapon they used as the inflictor (weapon used to kill)
