New Additions
- Added a "max respawn time" option

Fixed more bugs
- Players should always get their correct abilities now
- Players talent trees should be in the correct order now
- Respawn time for heroes over level 26 should be fixed

Added a hard cap of 120 seconds max respawn time -- your respawn time can no longer be more than 120 seconds :) Good suggestion from the discord - discord.gg/My2W75P
